Customization: Fieldwork assessment defines the gaps between real and desired competencies with the target groups, and brings forward the real learning objectives.

Timing: Assigning tasks, roles and responsibilities. Get commitment and put timelines to it.

Implementation: Actually deliver training and knowledge transfer, across borders if needed.

Verification: YEO follows up on the job, verifying transfer of skills and knowledge.

Evaluation: Measurement of training results will confirm - we are confident about stating this - consistent delivery according to the learning objectives. Additional follow-up will be provided if needed.

Feedback loops in each step ensure further fine-tuning and customization.
